Return policy

Return Conditions

  1. Return Period: You can return unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of the date you received your order.

  2. Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Items showing signs of wear, washing or alteration will not be accepted.

  3. Ineligible Items:

    • Underwear and swimwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
    • Items on sale or purchased during a promotional sale are eligible for exchange or store credit only unless otherwise noted.

Return Procedure

  1. Return Request: Please contact our customer service at contact.kszs@gmail.com or via our online contact form to initiate the returns process. Indicate your order number and details of the items you wish to return.

  2. Return Label: Once your return request is approved, we will send you a prepaid return label via email.

  3. Packaging: Place the items you wish to return in their original packaging, accompanied by the delivery note or a copy of your order confirmation.

  4. Shipping: Stick the return label on the package and drop it off at the nearest post office or designated carrier. Be sure to keep the shipping receipt for your records.

Refunds

  1. Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Returns may take up to 10 business days to process after receiving the items.

  2. Refund Method: Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that initial delivery charges are non-refundable unless there is an error on our part or a faulty item.

Trades

  1. Size or Color Exchange: If you would like to exchange an item for another size or color, please provide this information when requesting your return. We will do our best to satisfy your request depending on stock availability.

  2. Exchange Procedure: Exchanges follow the same procedure as returns. Once the original item is returned and inspected, the new item will be shipped at no additional cost.

Defective or Incorrect Items

  1. Reporting: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately with a description of the problem and photos, if possible.

  2. Replacement or Refund: We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including original and return shipping costs, for defective or incorrect items.
